The Dentistar pacifier is the world's first soother that reduces pacifier-related tooth misalignments and is recommended by dentists. This is because around 66 percent of all misaligned teeth are caused by soothers. In addition to the open-sucking bite, crossbite and overbite, tongue malocclusions can also develop, which can lead to a lisp, for example. By working closely with experts and dentists, the Dentistar has succeeded in developing a tooth-friendly teat that can prevent precisely these malpositions. It is not without reason that the Dentistar was the first pacifier to be awarded the title "tooth-friendly" by the Aktion zahnfreundlich e.V. (Tooth-Friendly Campaign).
The secret of the Dentistar is the special suction part:
with unique, tooth-friendly dental step
with extra flat shaft
with spoon shape and thus more space for the tongue
Thanks to the Dentistar soother's dental step, the distance between the upper and lower incisors is reduced. As a result, the risk of tooth misalignment is reduced. The extra-flat shaft means that pressure on the jaw and teeth is reduced by up to 90 percent. The spoon-shaped suction part, which is adapted to the shape of the palate, gives your child's tongue more room to move freely and naturally with maximum suction comfort.
Dentistar - made from the highest quality materials, Made in Germany
Dentistar soothers are manufactured in Germany and are subject to the highest quality standards. Of course, the pacifiers are made from BPA free* materials to protect your child's health. The suction parts of Dentistar pacifiers are made in two different materials, silicone and latex. Silicone is an industrially manufactured material. It is characterized by the fact that it is transparent, odorless and tasteless. Moreover, it can be boiled very often without changing. Latex, on the other hand, is a natural product and is distinguished by its yellowish color. Because latex is very tear and bite resistant, it is especially suitable for babies who chew on the pacifier with their sharp little teeth.

The right size of the dentistar:
Size 1: 0-6 months - until the first teeth appear.
You can give the Dentistar in size 1 to your baby from birth. The mouth plate is adapted to the delicate shape of the child's face. The dental stage is still weak and the small suction part offers enough space for the tongue. When the first incisors begin to erupt, the change to size 2 should be made.
Size 2: 6-14 months - from the eruption of the first incisors.
You can give your baby size 2 when the first incisors are already there. Compared to size 1, only the sucking part changes in size 2. The teat still has the small mouth plate of size 1, which adapts perfectly to the shape of the child's face.
The dental step is more pronounced in size 2 and provides enough space for the incisors. The flattened tip of the suction part leaves enough room for the tongue. When the first molars begin to erupt, the size should be changed to size 3.
Size 3: from 14 months - from the eruption of the first molars.
The Dentistar size 3 pacifier is designed for infants where the molars are already present. The mouth plate is slightly larger than in size 1&2 and therefore optimally adapts to the child's changing facial shape. The pressure on the jaw and teeth is significantly reduced by the pronounced dental step in the suction part. The flattened tip of the suction part leaves enough room for the tongue.
