Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If the service received and any benefits cannot be returned or surrendered, either in whole or in part, or can only be returned or surrendered in a deteriorated condition, the customer must compensate us for the loss in value. Compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits derived shall only be payable if this is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of its properties and functionality, as would also be possible for the customer in a retail store. Items that can be sent by parcel post shall be returned at the expense and risk of arilex GmbH. However, the customer shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or, in the case of a higher price, if the customer has not yet rendered the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For the customer, this period begins with the dispatch of their declaration of revocation or the item, and for arilex GmbH with its receipt.In accordance with Section 312d (4) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
